Kolkata: Police on Tuesday demanded 1,025 bikers.
Maximum prosecution takes place at Narkeldanga Main Road, James Long Sarani and Circus Park Street Park Zone.
In the past two weeks, Bikers were involved in eight accidents, where three people died.
Police sources said that 270 motorbike riders were required to rise three times while 356 was withdrawn because they did not wear a helmet; 99 Bikers are transported for dangerous riding and 300 others are required for other violations, including riding drunk.

“We have demanded two-wheeled vehicles now.
This drive ensures that we send a message that naughty biking does not have a place in Kolkata,” said DC (traffic-south), Traffic Police Atul V.
