Kolkata: A 25-year-old young man was shot at Bansdroni’s Sonali Park at around 10:55 pm on Thursday.
The shooting was allegedly involving five gang members later Ghosh operating from Rania in Narendrapur.
Police said the target gang was promoter-cum-trader Pradip Debnath (34) and his family.
Youth, Abhishek Mukherjee, Debnath’s relatives, lived in the same house and he suffered a bullet injury in his hand when he came out of the room.
Abhishek Mukherjeehe has been treated at the SSKM Hospital.
At least four rounds were fired in a few seconds, according to the police.
The incident reminded another shooting, where the same gang was involved, in a pub in Haridevpur about six years ago.
Pradip Debnath showed a place where the bullet hit Youttill Friday night, the police arrested two accused of Sonarpur.
They were identified as subha (27), the oldest son later, and his aide, Kartik Das, from Titagarh.
