Kolkata: Anti-rowdy part of the detective department arrested 28 people after robbing four illegal hookah bars in the city, in Bhowaniporore, two in Beckbagan and one in Kasba.
The police said they operated without the right license and violated the rules of the night limitation.
Several pangkalan and a hookah feel confiscated from the defendant.
At least three other bars are located between Girish Park and Benijukur are under the scanner, the police said.
