Kolkata may get more shower this weekend: Meet office

Kolkata: This city may receive a consistent shower this weekend under the impact of cyclone circulation which will form above the northern bay bengal on Thursday.
This can develop into low pressure a day later, triggering intense rain, the Met Office said.
The rainy season will also slide towards South Bengal which can contribute to wet weather.
The parts of the city received light to moderate rain on Monday with Salt Lake got 45mm rain between 8:30 a.m.
and 2:30 a.m.
“The rainy season hammer has fluctuated.
It is set to move south towards the increase in rain in South Bengal.
We expect circulation in North Bay that might turn into a low pressure that leads to an intense shower,” Director of RMC g das.
He added that this week would not dry like last week.
Under the impact of the trough, the cloud has begun to float from Bangladesh.
They have triggered unconsistent rain in the city, with the north and the east receiving heavy rain than the south that receives a drizzle.
“After Thursday, the bathroom might not only be more intense but can cover the entire city too,” added the watershed.
