Kolkata: Nia on Tuesday arrested the former Director of Corporate Implementing and Natural Resource Resources based on Jharkhand from his Salt Lake in connection with the alleged SPLinter CPI group (Maoist).
Mahesh Agarwal was arrested after the Jharkhand Court rejected the request “there was no coercion”.
Special Nia Court on Wednesday sent it to four-day transit delivery.
