Kolkata: All 65 Catholic Churches throughout the city on Sundays seeing physical services (mass) conducted by parish priests and 50 members who are limited enthusiastically and piety, follow all safety protocols and pray for ‘softer third waves’.
Temperature checks, hand sanitation, masked entries, seats are all available and the priests ensure that only those who have been vaccinated are registered for Sunday services.
It hasn’t been pasted it is recommended to come only after they take the vaccine.
Although Catholic churches have been reopened on Thursday and no more than 20 people permitted to enter, the diocese of the diocese allow increases to a maximum of 50 on Sundays, because the services carried out today are special for the community.
Because the majority are still at home, services flow directly for them to be present from home.
In each church, the service sees prayer for a better time to come as a priest and parishes pray that the third wave does not change into the second.
