Kolkata: The launch of the girder that is a lot of awaited or the construction of the SuperStructure of the New Tallah Road Overbridge (ROB) has begun.
State Pwd, an executive agent, pursuing a mid-2022 deadline to complete the Tallah RS 350 Crore Bridge Reconstruction Project.

CRS, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, clears new train projects throughout the country.
New Tallah Bridge is actually a wooden road (Rob) under the Ambit Railway east.
The 240m part of the 750m structure will stand on the train track tallah operated by ER.
Six docks each in Shyambazar and Dunlop’s tip and six others in the middle will support the deck slab on the railroad tracks.
