Kolkata: Travel 6 Dec 6 to Mosque Spread Peace Message, Harmoni

Kolkata: When the sound of the night prayer faded, residents gathered at the Jin Mosque in Topsia and discussed Harmoni among people who had sunbathed in decades.
They share tea cups and ideas that will further strengthen the bonds that have inspired the community to stay together.
On December 6, the day in which demolition occurred in Ayodhya 29 years ago, members of a different community gathered to discuss problems that drive disharmony.
A group of Muslim youth has held a tour to mosques in the city on Monday to spread awareness among people about the need for inclusive spirits in the country.
They organized two such tours in Kolkata – in Topsia and Kidderpore.
In West Bengal they initiated such a program in a total of 140 mosques.
“I have stayed at Metiabruz since childhood.
I have seen a Hindu woman standing in front of the mosque with a glass of water in their hands and waiting for Namazis out.
They believe that when Namazis blew the air in the water, which becomes pure and good for health.
This is health Has become a culture of Bengal for centuries, “said Kushal Debnath who attended a tour to Jinn Mosque.
“Such efforts are useful for fostering community bonds, especially at the time of political strength in politics Roy.
“There is a non-Muslim population living near the mosque.
They have different questions in their minds that they don’t get the chance to ask.
Recent socio-political development in the city has raised more questions like that,” said Shadab Masum, Program organizers.
“We don’t want to commemorate December 6 as a black day or diva vijay.
We want to make a narrative for this time a communal harmony day,” said Masum.
