Koneru Humpy to Bypass Girls’s Chess World Cup

3 Koneru Humpy, who qualified to the women’s Nominees on Wednesday, has determined not to attribute at the women’s World Cup scheduled to be held in Sochi, Russia.
“I’ve decided to not play at the World Cup.
I didn’t feel comfy as they’ll be getting the identical place for about 300 peculiar players (people together).
But with accompanying organizers and persons it is definitely going to be a massive number from throughout the world,” Humpy told TOI on Friday.
Humpy, who’d awarded the final leg of their women’s Grand Prix in Gibraltar a jump because of this covid-19 pandemic, seems that a mixture of factors led her to arrive in this choice.
“The appeal of this World Cup is not any longer the same as before the winner was a candidate for a World Championship game.
However, now it is only a qualification event for Nominees.
That can be quite a powerful event and since I have already capable have resolved to return,” Humpy pointed out.
Besides Humpy, D Harika, Bhakti Kulkarni, R Vaishali and Padmini Rout would be another Indian players including in the women’s World Cup.
Among the guys, Vidit Gujrathi, P Harikrishna, Aravindh Chithambaram, P Iniyan and B Adhiban have caused it into the World Cup.
