KATHMANDU: Nepal President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Thursday urged the political parties from the nation to stake claim to form a new government following embattled PM K Sharma Oli allegedly expressed unwillingness to go through a second floor examination to demonstrate his government’s majority in the House of Representatives.
