When I first stepped into the gym, I would go through a really bad separation.
That’s actually my first break-up.
He is my first girlfriend, my first relationship.
The first experience is always a great learning experience.
I lost myself.
I began to prioritize him above me.
I not only found time for myself.
When that the whole chapter ended in my life, I decided I wanted to do something for myself, and it must be very transformational.
Fitness has been that for me.
Not only physically, but mentally too.
It has provided my security and confidence that I have never been when growing up.
Apart from your love for fitness and health, what is one thing Tiger and you are more bonds? One thing I and my sister bond on besides fitness and health, is food.
Even though even food comes under fitness and health, I talk about foods that are not necessarily related or healthy fitness.
The cheat days we have together must be our favorite day mostly this week.
We planned about it the night before and ordered our favorite dessert from everywhere.
We only spoil and give ourselves a mental rest that we work hard for.
This is not just Tiger and you.
Your father to Yoga, and your mother’s gyms with both of you.
What is the secret behind your fitness as a family? Our fourth was only four of us for a very long time.
We are a very close family.
Our spirit only tends to spread to each other.
We found that motivation from each other.
We all always tend towards the active lifestyle.
Staying at our house is enough motivation to continue to push yourself.
I see my brother who is a super strange human.
My father and mother are aging backwards.
We all just try to compete with each other.
This is definitely a healthy environment to be part of.

Fitness has become a necessity for hours but our schedule remains busy as usual.
As fitness fans, you can suggest some basic exercises that people in ordinary life can do to compete with their health? Fitness has definitely become a necessity for hours.
I always say it is one of the rapidly growing industries at the moment.
People may not find time to prioritize their daily routines, they may be busy with their work, family life, and take care of their children, but tweaks only a little in everyday life you will do tricks.
