Krishna and Tiger Shroff are massive fitness enthusiasts and their Instagram account is packed with workout videos and motivational photoshoots.
Incidentally, their actor-father Jackie Shroff also endorses healthy living, organic food, and yoga.
While one rarely sees Shroff senior working out, Krishna reveals her dad’s fitness routine.
“Dad is the King when it comes to overall well-being.
Yes, we workout to feel good, but we mainly do it to look good; whereas, dad knows exactly what to eat, how to eat, and when to eat to be in optimal health.
He grows his own organic food that we’re lucky enough to eat as well.
He also loves yoga and is always telling us to take a moment to focus on our breath, because your breath is your power,” shares Krishna.

And while Jaggu dada, as he is fondly referred to, has a more holistic approach to healthy living, his wife Ayesha Shroff is a gym person.
“She’s an absolute beast! I look up to her in so many ways and strive to be like her, but that feeling goes up even more when I see her at the gym.
She’s my training partner, and there’s not a lot of people that can keep up with me.
The term “supermom” exists because of her,” gushes the proud daughter.
Tiger is also massively into fitness and the actor usually treats fans to his gym videos.
The actor has successfully established his image as an action hero with hits like ‘Baaghi’ and ‘War’.
He will soon start shooting for ‘Heropanti 2’ with an action-packed schedule planned in Russia in July.
Directed by Ahmed Khan, the team is planning to shoot in Moscow and St.
