It can be remembered that all significant universities in the nation, such as University of Mysore (UoM), are currently offering a variety of courses online. These universities started online classes following the state authorities stopped them from providing any classes in the distance education mode and given exclusive right into KSOU.
“At the first phase, we expect to establish 11 classes like MA from Kannada, MA from Hindi, MBA, BSc (IT), BCA from the online style,” clarified Vidyashankar. “According to the UGC regulations, just the classes given in the distance style could be provided via online style too,” he clarified.
Meanwhile, the KSOU received great response from pupils to January cycle entrance for many classes. Approximately 8,500 candidates employed for a variety of classes at the January cycle.
“Amid Covid next wave, we’re receiving great response for many of our classes,” clarified Vidyashankar.
