KSRTC enters the agreement with trade unions

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has signed an agreement with trade unions here on Thursday that has revised the salary of corporate employees after 11 years.
The agreement was written between the Chairperson of the KSRTC and the Representative of Prabhakar Biju and representatives of the recognized trade union, including the leaders of Anandan Anandan (Citu), Thampanoor Ravi (TDF) and GK Ajith (Kerala Transportation Works).
In a revised salary, such as in the government, there are seven plates.
Dear allowances have been set at 137% along with basic salaries, and home rental allowances will be 4% of the basic salary, with a permanent minimum amount at 1,200 and maximum at RS 5,000.
Pension Death-cum-cum-cum-pension gratuity (DCRG) has been upgraded from RS 7 lakh which exists up to 10 lakh Rs.
The revised salary will take effect from June 1, 2021, for the next five years.
Women’s employees will be eligible for leave without a year for one year in addition to maternity leave, which for 180 days.
During this period, they will also be considered for promotion and improvement.
Those who take advantage of one-year leave will also be given Rs 5,000 per month as childcare benefits.
The new Kum-conductor will be created and the current administration will be divided into administration and account.
The mechanical division will be dissolved again.
In services that are more than eight hours long, the cum-conductors will be appointed gradually.
In service between countries such as Bengaluru, more than 500 km, the crew change will be implemented from the selected bus terminal in the route.
The program will be formulated to rehabilitate retired hands that are experienced from corporations through separate labor communities to use it to build a body, maintenance of light motor vehicles and run spare parts stores.
