Bengaluru: Now Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that his government will revoke three controversial agricultural laws, the Karnataka Government is in the top dilemma whether to follow the coat and revoke two laws imposed in 2020.

Madhuswamy said the government will make the right decision after the discussion with the center.
“When this law is amended, we did take advice from the center.
Now, we will wait for instructions from them,” Minister said.
Two Land Reform Karnataka (second) Bill 2020 Amendments and Agricultural Carnataka Resulted in the Bill (Amendment and Development) (Amendment) of the Bill, 2020 – continued in both legislative houses of the State regardless of protests from the opposition congresses and farmer organizations throughout the country.
While amendments to changes in land to reform liberalizes agricultural land ownership and allow anyone to buy agricultural land, APMC amendment bill limits the strength of the local agricultural product marketing committee and allows farmers to sell their products outside the APMC.
The farmer group sets a deadline conducted by the central decision on Friday, Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha, a farmer organization, set a deadline for the government to revoke the two laws.
“If this law is not revoked in Karnataka, we will block all highways in the state on November 26,” said Kodihalli Chandrashekar, the Sangha’s construct.
However, while Madhuswamy insisted the government would not revoke the land reform amendment “because there was nothing to do with Central Agricultural Law”, St Somashekar, Minister of Cooperation and APMC, said the country would wait and see whether the central decision would affect the amendment government through Karnataka.
The other minister said: “The parliamentary winter session began on November 29 and Karnataka will get clarity at that time.
If necessary, we will take problems in the legislative winter session of the country starting December 13, or we can encourage it to next year’s budget session.” Para Farmer leaders although happy and claiming they will continue to oppose the laws because they “are anti-agricultural communities”.
“If the state government does not revoke the actions of APMC and land reform seizures, then it will face the same pressure with the center,” said Kurnbur Shanthakumar, a farmer leader.
Samyukta Horata Karnataka, an organization of association and farmer unions, said the responsibility was to the country to revoke the law.
“While PM and the BJP government amid saying they will revoke them, the BJP government in Karnataka has accelerated the implementation of APMC and land reform law,” said the association.
“We expect Bemmai Basavaraj cm to follow in the footsteps of PM Modi and revoke this black law.”
