K’Taka: Parents of IPS officers continue to live in the warehouse

Beleagavi: They dared to find it difficult to help their son become a cadre officer of Cadre Andhra Pradesh but continued to live in their cans in the Mole warehouse in Kagwad Taluk (Bellagavi District).
Shrikanth, 63, and Savitri, 53, said poverty motivated his son Jagadish Adahalli to pass the UPSC exam and secure the 440th rank.
Adahalli is active at this time in probation in Vijayawada in Krishna Regency.
Parents of IPS Officer – Shrikanth, 63, and Savitri, 53Antraalli do elementary school in the same village and complete PU courses in the city of Athani.
He scored 80% in SSLC and 87% in PUC.
Shrikanth admitted he was on a BCON course so he could become a rented accountant.
“My child doesn’t disappoint my dreams.
He does it well in CA entrance exam but things take different turns after that,” said the proud father.
He has solved KPSC with 23rd place working as a driver for the sugar factory owned by the Cooperative Community.
He remembered taking a lot of loans for his children’s education.
Adahalli is the youngest of four children and older brothers also completed the CA course.
Shrikanth said: “In 2013, I was installed to drive a car to transport an election officer.

Now he has achieved his dream.” Previously , Jagadish has cleared the KPSC exam with rank 23 and works as an assistant commissioner in Kalaburagi before cleaning up the UPSC test.
For Savitri and Shrikanth, their tin warehouse is a symbol of hope for the family.
“We have struggled to struggle but poverty makes us strong.
How can we now leave this lifestyle and leave only because income increases?” Savitri said.
Shrikanth said during health permits, he will continue to work as a driver and take care of 2 hectares of agricultural land.
