K’Taka: ‘Remove the temporary staff rented Sans nodded’

Mysuru: The Karnataka Higher Education Department has ordered all government-managed universities to relieve temporary employees, outsourcing workers and those who work based on contracts without their previous assignment.
23 universities, including the University of Mysore (UOM), Mandya Cluster University and Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), have issued direction for this effect by the government.
According to the circular government, the university must relieve their teaching and non-teaching staff.
By chance, mysuru MP Pratap Sime recently made allegations of irregularities in recruitment of 400 wages every day at the UM.
However, Uom Vice-Chancellor Prof.
G Hemantha Kumar has refused the accusation.
KSOU officials may also have to answer some difficult questions given by recent teacher recruitment, which is rented by a contractual at the University.
The government has shown that those who have been employed by vulcantasi without their approval can move courts looking for regularization of their work, with all the benefits requiring it.
In an effort to overtake such a scenario, the government has asked all universities to relieve them recruited without approval from their duties.
Uom R Shivappa registrar said that the university had not received direction from the government about his work.
“We will make decisions as soon as we accept orders,” Shivappa said.
The former member of the synchronization of UOM MSS Kumar blamed the protracted delay in the appointment of regular staff to the university for this problem.
“Nearly 60% of staff at universities are not regular workers.
Therefore, there is no state university that can follow the direction of the government.
The only solution to this is to start recruitment for all the earliest empty posts,” Kumar said.
