K’Taka will reopen elementary school, the expert committee to meet today

Bengaluru: The Karnataka government is ready to reopen primary schools in the state, because there is no unwanted incidence in connection with Covid-19 infection reported from all states.
The final decision will be taken at the Technical Expert Committee meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Minister of Bumavaraj Bommai, scheduled to be held on Monday.
The state government reopened school from class 8 to 12 last week.
Because, there is no distribution of Covid in one of the schools, the government is said to be interested in opening elementary schools, namely, grade 1 to 8 in districts that register less than 2 percent of Covid’s participants in consultation with experts.
The government’s move to reopen primary schools has produced debates and concerns among parents as neighboring countries Kerala and Maharashtra continue to record a higher number of cases.

Minister of Education B.c.
Nagesh has stated that, once the government gave a green signal to reopen elementary school, the decision would be taken.
However, the sources in the health department say that the expert committee can recommend a 5-7 class to operate at first and then the decision will be taken regarding the remaining lower class reopening.
Unaided Private School Association (Rupsa) of President Halanuru S.
Lepaksha stated that the government must consider reopening elementary school because the covid level in this country has dropped dramatically.
“If not, we will protest,” he warned.
The source in the Ministry of Education said that officers were ordered to produce reports on the pros and cons of reopening schools for basic class children in the state.
This report is also sought after a bordering district.
Sources in the Ministry of Health and Education said the government would produce guidelines on reopening elementary schools.
