Dharwad: Karnatak University Vice-Chancelor K Gudasi has held a syndicate meeting on Friday to discuss the demands of teaching and non-teaching universities that have broken down since Wednesday.
He said the appropriate decision would be taken at a syndicate meeting at the request to shift financial officers and fulfill other demands.
The employee strike continued on the second day on Thursday and striking employees said they would continue until the demands were met.
