A Mumbai session court on Thursday said he would hear the application of business assurance and Husband Actor Shilpa Shetty Raj Kundra and his colleague Ryan Thorpe on August 10.
The court was also issued to Mumbai police and requested the answer to the bail application.
Both Kundrra and Thorpe challenged the Magistrate Court command that rejected their guarantee application.
At present, both are in Judicial custody in the case of pornography.
Previously, their guarantee application was rejected by the Esplanade Magistrate Court, which stated that the release of the defendant would ‘inhibit the investigation’ and the alleged violation was’ detrimental to public health.
On August 2, the Bombay High Court ordered his order on the petition submitted by Raj Kundra and his colleague Ryan Thorpe challenged their arrest in case in connection with the pornographic racket case.
During the court trial, the investigative officer told the court that 68 pornographic videos were found on the Kundrra laptop.
The police added that film scripts with sexual content were also found on Kundra’s private laptop.
On July 27, the court in Mumbai sent Raj Kundra along with his colleague Ryan Thorpe to last for 14 days.
Kundra was arrested by the police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges associated with the alleged creation of pornographic films.
Earlier on July 25, the police had notified that the four Kundra employees had changed the witness against him in the case of pornographic racquets, increasing the problem for him.
Kundra has been named after a major conspirator by Mumbai police who have slapped the allegations of it under the 420 section (cheating), 34 (general intentions), 292, and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements) from Indian and indecent criminal codes) ( IPC) In addition to the relevant part of IT laws and indecent representations of the Women’s Act (Prohibition).
