“We have arrested Raj Kundra in this case on July 19, 2021, because he seems to be the main conspirator of this.
We have sufficient evidence of this.
Investigation is underway,” Nagral said in a statement.
According to the latest reports, employers emerged in the presence of the Mumbai Police Crime Property Cell on Tuesday and was also taken for medical examinations at the JJ Hospital by Mumbai Police Crime Property Cell in the early hours of Tuesday.
He was then taken to the Mumbai Police Commissioner Office and is scheduled to be produced in front of the court.
