New Delhi: AAP has alleged that Lieutenant Governor wants to remove the Public Prosecutor appointed by the Government of Kejriwal Arvind and brings a special prosecutor to the orders of Delhi police in cases related to stir farmers to “give examples”.
Aam Party spokesman Aadmi Raghav Chadha claimed that at the Governor’s Governor’s meeting Baijal said, “a lesson must be taught to farmers”.
“No complaints against the Delhi government lawyer have been accepted.
However, the Governor of Lieutenant Delhi wants to replace them with BJP lawyers to give farmers lessons,” he thought.
“This country has watched ‘BJP vs.
Kisan’ for the past eight months and BJP’s anti-farmer faces show day after day,” Chadha told reporters.
He said the Aam Aam Party was clearly demanded that the three controversial agricultural laws be removed and the farmers would be guaranteed that the minimum support price is legal.
Virtual meetings were held between the Minister of Home Delhi Satyender Jain and Lt of the Governor of Baijal on July 1 to discuss the appointment of a special public prosecutor in connection with cases registered during farmer agitation.
According to a letter by Jain which was marked by L-G, he had stated at the meeting that the regular public prosecutor conducted a very good case and did a very good job since the last six months and no complaints that had been responded to.
“L-G also agreed that there were no complaints from the public prosecutor who had been accepted by him too but stated that it was not a complaint problem,” Jain said in the letter.
“Hon’ble L-G is the view that Delhi police proposal to appoint a special public prosecutor on their orders can be approved to succeed, and ensure confidence and to substitute examples,” the letter said.
However, Jain asked Baijal not to insist on appointing a public prosecutor at the behest of Delhi police, according to the letter.
