Kolkata: The La Martiniere Alumni Association (Alma) has transferred the Calcutta of the High Court to naming the New School of La Martiniere Oxford Mission Mission in Behala and the role of the Board of Governors in exceeding their legal mandate.
In a statement by Vishal Jhjharia for the executive committee of Alma, it was said that opening a new school violated the Calcutta High Court order that asked the swamp not to make a big decision outside the school.
“It is very clear that using the name La Martiniere, these people try to abuse public beliefs, trust and reputation that is associated with the name La Martiniere,” the statement was read.
The statement also said, “To protect the interests and good intentions of our school, Alma has submitted an insulting petition against those responsible for this decision, which is likely to be taken soon.
Alma has full trust in the judiciary.”
