Navi Mumbai: The coastal police NRI has arrested a 27-year-old man, a daily wage worker who lives in Karave Village, Nerul for allegedly killing his friend, Vendor Sanyar, by destroying his head with a cement block near the school bus parked near the Kendriya Complex Vihar In Seawoods, Nerul on Friday night.
The defendant who was arrested was identified as Vijay Mhaske and the victim as Rupesh Ailas Roopsingh Thakur (35).
Mhaske who was accused of being ordered based on the 302 part of the IPC for punishment for murder.
Ankur Shelar, Police Sub-Inspector of the Coastal Police Station NRI said that after arresting the defendant, the murder motive was revealed.
Mhaske claimed that on Friday at around 19:30, he and Thakur Rupesh friend consumed liquor on the unused school bus parked on the street service near the Kendriya Vihar complex in Seawoods, while drunk, Thakur was looking for sexual assistance from Mhaske by insisting To pamper yourself in sodomy with him.
