Laborers injured in an elephant attack

Mangaluru: A worker engaged in the Ministry of Forestry worked continuously suffered an injury after an elephant attacked him in the subrahmanya range on Wednesday.
Forest Officer (RFO) H T Raghavendra said that injured workers were Revappa Lamani.
The incident took place at 11am, when he was working near the Konaje Reserve forest, Sunkadakatte.
He had suffered a wound in the left eye, and had complained of back pain and legs after the incident.
The elephant was reportedly pushed it with luggage and left the place.
Labor does not pay attention to the elephant coming towards him, or cannot get out of his way.
He rushed to the hospital in Kadaba, and then shifted to the hospital in Putture.
He was observing, and medical reports from orthopedics and eyes were awaited, RFO stated.
