According to a statement issued from the Ladakh management, the YounTab strategy is the initiative of the Department of Public School Education with specialized assistance from the Information Technology Department below which 12,300 pills with pre-loaded offline and online content, such as books, video lectures and online course software, could be spread to government college pupils from Class 6th to 12th.
