Patna: Special Court for the Criminal Case Court for MPS / MLA in Samastipur in Bihar on Friday was held by former JD (U) MLA Ram Balak Singh and his brother Lal Babu Singh was guilty with a murder case related to the 21-year attack on the CPM leader, Lalan Singh .
Special Judge Court (III), Samastipur, Pranav Kumar Jha sent both brothers under the resent of custody immediately after holding them guilty of killing the CPM leader.
Problems related to the quantum of punishment of guilty people will be heard on September 13, Advocate Manoj Kumar Gupta, who appeared in court on behalf of the CPM leader, told Ti by telephone.
Gupta said the CPM leader, Lalan Singh had submitted FIR at the Bibhutipur police station against Ram Balak Singh and Lal Babu Singh in 2000 under it 341, 323, 307, 34 IPC and 27 arms.
The court discovered Ram Balak and his brothers guilty based on section 324 (voluntarily caused injured by weapons or dangerous facilities) from IPC and part 27 of the Act.
Previously the police, while submitting a sheet of accusations in this matter, had quoted RAM Balak and his brother from all the allegations mentioned in FIR.
As a result, the CPM leader moved the court and prayed to frame the accusations against RAM Balak and his brother, said Advocate CPM leader.
The court recognizes the prayer of CPM leaders.
Ram Balak represents the Bibhutipur assembly chair (Samastipur) twice in 2010 and 2015.
