JAIPUR: at a significant push against illegal building in environmental zone, the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) sealed 13 duplexes in areas 10. The action had been initiated following the programmer refused to prevent building following the notices were also issued. An official stated,”Duplexes were also sealed at Govardhan Dham, that had been being assembled on khasra amount 1306, 1307, 1309, 5082/1308 from Kho-Nagorian village. The drive was completed later pushing the notices under Department 32-33 of JDA Act.” An police wing officer said the warning regarding this programmer was issued and materials were captured. But, benefiting from this lockdown, building resumed. The JDA assembled a brick wall to the entry of their duplexes to stop individuals from entering. Encroachers are giving sleepless nights into JDA employees since they’re targeting property in environmental zone. On Sunday, the JDA razed a colony fencing in Kho-Nagorian region, in which the property grabber was trying to create a colony onto a six-bigha property. In the same way, JDA demolished a border on a seven-bigha property in Jamwa Ramgarh place, which was falling under environmental zone. A source stated,”About Agra Road, the JDA issued 37 finds to programmers whose colonies have been falling under environmental zone” After property mafias became lively and developed prohibited colonies throughout the ordeal, the JDA ran a meeting to attack the problem. At the past one month, the JDA removed encroachments from around 300 bighas where prohibited colonies were created. Using a spurt in population and growth in demand for property, illegal building and growth of colonies in town is on the increase. Cracking down greatly on the colonies and encroachments from the state funds, the JDA in the past 3 months spanned a total of 117 institutions, which have been being constructed 1,121 bighas in distinct locations, according to statistics.
