Langit red mission: Ludhiana administration ‘ensure’ work for 200 drugs

Ludhiana: 200 drug dependents have ‘ensured’ work by the district administration under the Mission Red Sky in Ludhiana, said Deputy Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma on Friday when reviewing the progress made by the program.
Accompanied by Deputy Supplementary Commissioner (D) Amit Kumar Panchma, Sharma said that the district government had deployed 50 officials from various departments to identify 500 drugs, 10 each to give them employment opportunities through the development of skills or training programs.
He said that under this mission, each official has identified 10 drugs that will be given various employment opportunities in addition to improving their ability through the development of skills / training programs so that they can obtain livelihoods like others.
He said that on November 30, the target of employment opportunities of up to 500 drugs would be achieved.
He also asked officers from the Employment & Company Bureau (DBEE) to provide this drug dependents with entrepreneurial opportunities.
Sharma also told them to regulate their skills development training so they could take advantage of the benefits of various employment opportunities.
Deputy Commissioner also praised the entire team, Ludhiana (DBEE) to secure the first position in the country by producing maximum work in the state.
