Lanka Premier League took place in December

Colombo: Loggan Premier Lanka (LLL) will be held from December 4 to 23, the SLC State Cricket Board announced on Thursday.
This will be the second edition of the T20 competition on the island.
Registration of foreign players will begin on September 24.
SLC has not announced the start of the domestic season 2021-22 as a kick scheduled on September 5 did not occur.
SLC will launch a new first-class format this season with 26 clubs in the league tournament which will be competed under two groups.
The group leaders will play a four-day final.
All 26 clubs must also be played in limited limited league tournaments.
The deadline for the end of December for resolution of the tournament now hangs in balance because the locking of quarantine will now end only in October 1.
Colombo Cricket Club (CCC) is a league champion in power while the club Cricket Nondescripts (NCC) is a limited limited overs champion.
