Noida: Large Noida Authority on Monday launched a scheme for e-auction office space, commercial shops and kiosks in the city side by side Noida, officials said.
The last date of application filing is October 11, they said.
This commercial room, including 42 shops and 31 kiosks, ready to move and ownership for them will be submitted within 60 days of allotment, said the extraordinary CEO of Noida Deep Chandra.
“This scheme has begun today (September 6).
The application form can be downloaded from the Portal of the Great Noida Authority and the Bank of India (SBI) until October 4,” the officer said in a statement.
“The date of e-auction for these shops and kiosks is October 11,” he added.
According to officials, shops and offices located in the Gamma I’S Kadamba Estate sector, BM Ecotech-II market, Swarnanagari, Delta I and II, Depot Kasna Bus, Alpha I and II, Beta II shopping center.
The kiosk is located in the ecotech II sector, Ecotech III, PI II and III, Phi, Chi and Sigma II, sector 37 and Omicron 3, they said.
