MADURAI: The pot of various sizes and shapes is one of the interesting findings excavated so far in Keeladi and the neighboring villages of Konthagai, Gaugam and Manalur.
Among artifacts recently found is a large storage jar found in the contestai.

Sivanantham, Commissioner of the Archaeological Department of the State of Tamil Nadu and Director of Keeladi’s excavation site, said the storage jar was found at a depth of 348cm in Keeladi.
