Srinagar: Police on Thursday captured active terrorists affiliated with Lashkar-I-Taiba in the Central Kashmir Budgam district.
In a statement, Jammu police and Kashmir said that they arrested the active terrorist clothing that allowed and recovering weapons, ammunition, and other ingredients that burdued from ownership.
The police said acting on the specific information about the presence of a terrorist in the Chadoora area of the Budgam district, the police along with 53 RR and 181 Batalion and Crpf Army launched a search operation in the Gamander area in Chadoora.
During search operations, active terrorists affiliated with captured costs.
He has been identified as Jehangir Ahmad Risingo, a resident of the village standing on Shopian, he said.
One gun, two pistol magazines, 16 rounds of guns and other burdensome materials have recovered from them, police said.
The police have registered FIR and further investigation have begun.
