Singing Legend Lata Mangeshkar, who was received in the ICU from the city hospital here, was stable, said his spokesman on Wednesday.
The 92-year-old singer tested Koronavirus positive with mild symptoms and was treated at the Permen Breach Hospital in South Mumbai on January 9.

“Lata is stable.
Will go home after the doctors gave a nod,” Anusha Srinivsan Iyer, spokesman for Mangeshkar, said in a statement.
Two days ago, the condition of Mangeshkar was reportedly said to worsen and the spokesperson was then nicknamed the news was wrong.

Please note that Lata Didi is stable.
Continue to be in the ICU under the treatment of capable doctors.

Known as Queen Melody and Nightingale of India, Mangeshkar began his career at the age of 13 of 1942 and had sang more than 30,000 songs in various languages.
