Lata Mangeshkar Off The Ventilator: Doctor

Singing Legend Lata Mangeshkar has delayed the ventilator but still in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the doctor treats him to say on Saturday.
The 92-year-old singer tested Coronavirus with mild symptoms and was treated at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) from the Permen Breach Hospital in South Mumbai on January 8 where he was being treated by Dr.
Pratit Samdani and his doctor’s team.
According to Samdani, Mangeshkar has shown signs of marginal improvement.
“He has been outside the ventilator for two and a half days but continues to undergo observations.
He has delayed the ventilator due to marginal improvements in his health.
His health condition requires him to be in the ICU,” said Samdani PTI.
Regarded as one of the singers of the biggest screening of the Indian cinema, Mangeshkar began his career at the age of 13 in 1942 and has sang more than 30,000 songs in various Indian languages.
In his career for seven decades, he had become the voice behind various unforgettable songs such as “ajeeb dastan hi ye”, “Pyar Kiya to Darna Kya”, “Neela Asman So style”, and “Tere Liye”, among others.

The singer is known as the Melody Queen of India, has been praised with many awards and awards including Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan and Saheb Phalke’s chest award, and several national film awards.
He is also a recipient of Bharat Ratna, Indian highest civil honor.
