Late audio composer-singer Wajid Khan’s spouse, Kamalrukh Khan has moved the Bombay High Court seeking a permanent injunction from Sajid Khan along with his mom by devoting her or asserting third party rights at the home.
The court passed the order requesting Sajid Khan along with his mum to supply particulars of their properties.
Of the complete property value Rs 16 crore, Wajid Khan possessed paintings of renowned painters who are appreciated at Rs 8 crore among the record filed by Kamalrukh Khan into the courtroom.
There are numerous paintings and paintings from the renowned painter MF Husain, 1 painting every by Tyab Mehta, VS Gaitonde, SH Raza, along with 2 paintings by J Swaminathan.
If asked if there had been a psychological link for Kamalrukh with those precious paintings, her attorney Bahraiz Irani stated,”All these were invaluable assets for your household which clearly held both psychological and economic significance.
Today she’s a widow and could only rely on these resources to make ends meet.
Additionally, late Mr.
Wajid Khan needed to send her kid into the USA for additional studies but because of his premature death and family not working together with her, then these resources are that will help her”
He added,”Regardless of disputes, how do you divorce your kids? Children’s rights remain untouched because they have an inherent right for their dad’s property”.
