Launch of India Jezdi on January 13: Brief History of the Czech Motorcycle Brand

Yezdi will eventually break the hiatus worth decades to return in January.
All thanks to classical legends, Mahindra’s subsidiary, Jezdi is the second brand that will be launched under an umbrella that began with the launch of Java in November 2018.
We all remember Jezdi through a motorcycle that still survives and developed in grandparents or our parents’ garage or the story they have from them.
And if you are truly enthusiastic or fans of Jezdi Hardcore, just walking to one of the command demonstrations carried out and soaking in visual and classic sound.
A brief history where Javan comes from and how is Jezdi different from that? Java is a motorcycle manufacturer in the Czech Republic.
‘Ja’ from Janeček and ‘wa’ of Wanderer Werke AG created a brand as we know today – Java – in 1929.
Motorcycle brand was born under the Nazi occupation from Czechoslovakia as a project that disguised with the founder of the founder of František Janeček.
Java is Brough to India by Farrokh K Irani and Rustom Iran and renamed ‘Yezdi’ for a little taste of India.
A factory to produce YEZDI motorbikes was established near MySore Junction in 1961.
So far, one of the most popular motorbikes that made Javan Jezdi live in the mind of India is Java 250.
It was referred to as ‘Type A’ and then there was Yezdi 250 b -Type, YEZDI 350 Twin and Yezdi Monarch.
This brand also produces smaller moped transfers like YEZDI 175 and YEZDI 60 colt.
However, Jezdi the most popular must be a road produced at the MySore factory from 1978 to 1996.
It comes with a 250cc two-step engine that makes 16 hp and 24 Nm torque, paired with four speeds.
Gearbox and capable of 120 km / hour.
Important features that need to be mentioned include semi-automatic coupling, multiple exhaust, and integrated dental shifter and kickstarter.
The Roadking is a massive competition against the Royal Enfield Bullet and Classic.
Yezdis was very popular in India but Indian policy changes made it difficult for the brand to follow it and had to close the store at the end of the 90s.
Lighter and more fuel-efficient motorbikes take over and policy changes also mean that two-no more legal machines.
What a future Holdsclassic legend has made an official announcement about Jezdi’s return on January 13.
After killing a spy image and mules test we have seen, Yezdi will eventually breathe again this month.
Moniker Roadking is scheduled to make a comeback on a scrambler and motor adventure.
In addition, there will be Jezdi Jepruer and other motorcycle categories in fresh brands.
