Law Cover for Sultanpur as Haryana Marks 5-layer Eco Zone

Gurgaon: One of the most popular bird asylum NCR now has legal protection around it.
An area of ​​up to 5 km from the boundaries of Sultanpur National Park has been declared as an environmentally sensitive zone by the Forest Department and Haryana Wildlife.
Fifteen income plantations, consisting of 22 villages, will now be under the environmental sensitive zone.
The zonal master plan for the area was told on June 18.
According to that, there is no construction that will be permitted within a 300 m radius of the sanctuary.
Placing a new high voltage transmission trajectory to a distance of 500 m from the National Park also will not be permitted.
The sensitive zone of the environment has been divided into five categories.
The first layer is a 300m buffer from the garden boundaries.
The second is up to 500 m from the limit, the third to a radius of 1 km, fourth to 3 km and the final layer to the 5km outer border of the environmental sensitive zone.
On the east side, the national park limit will be a gurgaon-Pataudi train line, which is also an urban zone limit for the planned development of the Urban Gurgaon-Manapar complex – 2031.
In the south of the National Park is the Kundli-Manbar-Palwal Toll Road (KMP).
Each area in the environmental sensitive zone will have a series of different regulations.
No new wood-based industry can appear within 1 km of national park boundaries.
There is no pollutant industry, as is told by the Central Polution Control Agency (CPCB), and Brick Kiln will be permitted within 3 km.
The building has more than two floors (a maximum of 30 feet) cannot be built in the zone between 300m and 500m, which is a protected area.
There is no new commercial construction that will be permitted within 3 km of the park.
Mining, excavation units and stone crushers cannot appear within a 5 km radius.
Single use plastic is prohibited throughout the area.
The release of untreated and solid waste is prohibited.
Officials said that there was no cellular towers that could appear within 3 km of the sanctuary and there was no mixture of heat and new RMC plants would be permitted.
The use of air pressure and loudspeakers is prohibited within 1 km of forest and burning rice, wheat bridges and solid waste are prohibited.
There is no shiny glass facade building that can appear within 3 km of the Sultanpur National Park limit.
Ground water extraction, however, is permitted but only for drinking and agricultural needs.
The area will be monitored for water pollution and noise and tree logging.
Tourism related activities, conditional repair and construction activities will be permitted.
The activities that will be promoted in the environmental sensitive zone are agriculture and horticulture, rejuvenation of natural water resources, organic farming, vegetative fences and agroforestry.
