Shah’s manager Rukh Khan Pooja Dadlani missed a call issued to him by Mumbai police on Wednesday, quoting health reasons.
While Mumbai police stated that Dadlani’s statement was important for Sit and its investigation, the other party involved in extortion and corruption cases was awaiting Dadlani’s appearance too.
Etime reached out to the attorney whistleblower Prabhakar Sail Tushar Kharahe to record his mind about Dadlani’s absence.
Kharare said, “He must appear beforehand from the police.
He cannot go by not appearing.
After all this is a law, it cannot be avoided.”

Mumbai police said on Wednesday that they would call Dadlani again but with him did not appear before the police, we asked Kharare if the extortion case could move away.
Kharahe pointed to the protocol and even confirmed that Prabhakar Sail had recorded his statement with Mumbai and NCB police in a case of extortion as well.
He also said that he would ensure that Dadlani appeared before the authorities.
He added, “You know corruption that supports is also a violation.”
In connection with extortion cases, Kharare confirmed that they would not remain silent and take bribes and give bribes both serious violations.
