Rajkot: The Public Prosecutor was arrested for allegedly extorting and raping a 35-year-old woman in her office in Amreli twice in August and on October 24.

During the meeting on August 22, at the pandya office near the Panchayat District Office in Amreli, Pandya allegedly raped the woman and quietly recorded the video.
The woman went to the pandya office again on October 24 when she called her.
When reaching out there, Pandya made a request for sexual assistance from the woman.
When he refused, Pandya showed him that he had recorded during the previous meeting.
Pandya squeezes it by saying that he will circulate the video on the internet if he won’t give up on his demands and allegedly raping the woman again.
The woman also told the police that Pandya had asked an unknown man to stand outside his office to ensure that no one entered his room.
“Based on the complaint of the woman, we registered a violation of the Public Prosecutor and also arrested him,” said Inspector A J Chaudhary from the Amreli City Police Station.
