Kolkata: The hearing on the move request at the Narada case external West Bengal went via a volley of discussions involving senior guides on Monday with all the acting Chief Justice warning that the advocate general following a stage he shouldn’t dictate the way the court must hear the issue.
Condition urge general Kishore Dutta and mature counselor Kalyan Bandyopadhyay kept begging the issue ought to be referred to one seat according to rules.
CBI counsel and attorney general Tushar Mehta shot right back, stating:”This indicates that the country doesn’t need this court to enter respects.
” Bandyopadhyay stated:”The nation would like to know if principles of court could be dispensed with.
” Justice Harish Tandon, a part of this five-judge seat, said all difficulties could be contended.
The hearing will resume on Tuesday.
