Kanpur: Police on Saturday to catch Advocacy Taru Agarwal, who is named in the murder of lawyer Gautam Dutt, who was shot dead during a firing incident during the selection of Kanpur Bar Association (KBA) on the campus of the District Court on Friday.
Commissioner of Police Asim Arun Kumar pleaded full cooperation of lawyers in maintaining law and order.
To recall, shooting took place outside the gates of Shatabdi on campus after the cancellation of the election district court bar association on Friday night.
During this time, advocate Gautam Dutt, a resident of Gali Phoolwali Anwalganj, shot in the stomach.
He died during treatment at about 10:30 the night in the hospital Lajpat RAI (LLR).
Once the information is, the lawyers created a commotion, then the police rushed to the spot and pacified them by ensuring swift action.
The murder case has been registered on the complaint Gautam deceased aunt, Sangeeta Dwivedi, who has been named one taru Agarwal in the FIR.
It was alleged that Taru has killed Gautam Agarwal as long hostility.
Police Commissioner said that skewers utamaaru Agarwal has been arrested in the case on Saturday morning, and is being questioned.
Police sources, meanwhile, said that Tutu Agarwal surrender in Cantt Police Station around 5:30 am on Saturday.
In the complaint, there have been allegations of electoral competition, but in the posters and pamphlets were found by police, Gautam Dutt and accused of Taru Agarwals seen supporting the same candidate.
The police tried to find out a definite reason behind the incident.
Meanwhile, advocates Kanpur Nagar on Saturday abstain from judicial work to mourn the death.
Gautam Dutt, a candidate for the post of joint secretary, was shot after the declaration that the election of KBA has been canceled.
Two associations, Kanpur Bar Association and the Bar Association, banners strike and asks members to abstain from the court proceedings.
KBA extend financial assistance of Rs 50,000 to the families Bereaved Gautam Dutt.

He has received a PDF file, a few minutes earlier in which they are trying to tarnish the incident.
“Chairman of the Bar Council and the others were waiting for the names of the lawyers involved in the shoot out and in illegal activities during voting so that they can be suspended or taken away on their license.
But, no name has been given so far,” said Mishra, who also a member of the board of the bar, said.
Blaming the Committee of Elders, he stated that they still have not sent the CCTV footage.
“After the recording will be obtained then the advocate involved can be identified easily and bar council will take action against them,” he added.
He pointed out that in accordance Committee oral report has blamed the candidates for the posts respectively president and secretary.
But they did not mention anyone.
