On August 2020, Sivakami Sundari, his friend Dhyaneswaran and Lokka Amani Dhanji’s girlfriend was arrested by Coimbatore police for hiding Lokka’s identity and cremating his body in Madurai.
Meanwhile, a CB-Cid official said there was Nexus between the former LTTE Satkunam operation aka Sabesan, 47, and Lokka.
The National Investigation Agency (Nia) arrested Sabesan last October due to his involvement in drug smuggling and weapons from Pakistan.
Then, CB-CB coimbatore officials took him under detention, along with Chinna Suresh, 35, a Darworld Don in Sri Lanka, and Sounderrajan, 25, from Chennai, to hide Lokka and his aide close to Chanuka on aka Ladiya.

Gopalakrishnan was assisted by Lokka and Ladiya in a Hawala transaction.
Recently, CB-CID has taken Ladiya and Gopalakrishnan for five days.
During the investigation, the Duo revealed that Sabesan and Chinna Sure had left Sri Lanka after they were involved in a series of crimes against rival gangs and drug smuggling.
Lokka and Ladiya, who also have drug smuggling, moved to India next.
The four had come into contact with each other in India and they smuggled heroin to Sri Lanka from various countries, the official said.
“After Lokka’s death in July 2020, Ladiya took over the drug smuggling business,” the official added.
