Noida: One more guard was arrested in connection with the 55-year-old population of Lotus Boulevard earlier this week, taking the total number of arrests of up to nine in this case.
The body responsible for providing security in the housing community said it also filed a police complaint against the population, but the police did not act on it.
A widely circulating video on social media showed a group of guards who attacked SK Singh, a resident of Lotus Boulevard, with sticks following the argument to submit a key with a general intersection box.
But other videos appeared ahead, showing Singh said to argue with the guards and security responsible before he was attacked.
At one point, Singh even threw a registered entry twice on the table.
Eight guards were deployed in the housing community, including security responsible for Amaresh Rai, arrested on Thursday for Singh’s attack.
On Friday, the ninth guard, Aditya, was taken to police custody.
Sandeep Singh, regional manager of the Ciss-Bureau security agency, said the guards were not the only guilty.
He also showed that guards only told the police.
“When the residents first called land, one of the guards welcomed him safely.
But he threw a violation to the guard and said he panicked to call the management of facilities.
When the guard said he would talk to his senior, the residents said he went down,” said Sandeep Singh .
According to him, Singh not only abused the guards after going down but also slapped one of them when he was suspected of refusing to submit the key to a general intersection box without management permission.
However, Sandeep Singh, approved the guard “should not take the law into their hands”.
“The guards are not the only guilty.
There are strict instructions that the key should not be given to anyone without permission,” he added.
The security agency manager said they had tried to file a complaint at the Sector Police Station 39 on two previous occasions, but was not accepted.
Additional DCP (Noida) Ranvijay Singh said, “Complaints from the agency will be included as evidence in the previous Fir FIR investigation submitted by the population.” Singh, however, said he became aggressive because the management of facilities had not replied to his letters and messages or responding to calls.
“I have taken the key from the previous day’s guard.
But on the second day, he asked me to take permission.
There was a technician in my house to fix a wifi connection and I really needed a key.
I was told by the management of the facility then that I did not need permission,” Add it.
Meanwhile, Police Noida, has written to ADG (Law and order), recommends cancellations of the security agency license.
The additional police commissioner (law and order) Cinta Kumar said the letter was sent to the state government.
On Friday, the chapter on the center association of private security agencies held a meeting on this issue.
NP Singh, President Association, agreed that guards had made a mistake by attacking the population, but said it needed to be examined in what circumstances.
