New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday instructed the Ministry of External (MEA) to pay attention to the floor leaders of political parties in the final view of Afghanistan.
“Given the development in Afghanistan, PM @Narendramodi has instructed that a short floor leader of the MEA political party.
Minister of Parliament @Joshipherhad will suck further details,” Jaishankar said on Twitter.
On August 17, PM Modi led the Cabinet Committee meeting on Security (CCS) and instructed officials to do all the necessary steps to ensure safe evacuation from Indian citizens from Afghanistan.
India on Monday brought back 146 of his citizens in four different flights from the capital of Qatar Doha, days after they were evacuated from Afghanistan by NATO and aircraft America.
On Sunday, 392 people including two members of the Afghan parliament were evacuated in three different flights under the evacuation mission, the Taliban confiscated Kabul’s control on August 15.
Within two days after the arrest of the Kabul Taliban, India has evacuated 200 people, including Indian envoys and other embassy staff in the Afghan capital.
The first evacuation flight was brought back more than 40 people, most of the staff at the Indian Embassy, on August 16.
The second plane evacuated around 150 people including Indian diplomats, officials, security personnel and several Indians stranded from Kabul on August 17.
