New Delhi: On the 22-year anniversary of their Wimbledon victory in the men’s doubles category, Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi on Sunday hinted something special, sent Twitterverse to madness.
Today in 1999, Bhupathi and Paes became the first Indian pair to win at Wimbledon.
In the same year, the duo had won the French open too.
Bhupathi and Paes have become the first double team to reach the final of the four grand slams in 1999 and it was the first time an achievement was achieved in the open era and the first time since 1952.

For this tweet, Bhupathi quickly responded, by saying: “Hmmm.
