Leeds United Premier League game against Aston Villa on Tuesday was postponed because of the case and positive injury Covid-19 in Leeds forces, the league said on Sunday.

“After the request from Leeds United, the Premier League board met today and regrettable to postpone the club’s home match against Aston Villa, because it was played at 17:30 GMT on Tuesday 28 December,” the league said in a statement.
“Delays are the results of Covid-19 cases and injuries on Leeds who see their boxing match against Liverpool calling.
