Varanasi: The death of a woman who complained in the case of rape against MP BSP which was imprisoned at Atul Rai at the RML hospital in New Delhi on Tuesday, eight days after she discussed her in front of the Supreme Court, has increased the problem to be accused.
“The possibility of confidence in the allegations in the case of rape after the death of the complainant and also the main witness Suraj Rai (name changed), who also discussed him along with the complainant and died on August 21, has increased because both of them provide evidence before the court of MP-MLA,” The Government Advisory District (Criminal) Prayagraj, Gulab Chandra Agrahahari, told Ti on Tuesday.

The complainants and Suraj have burned themselves outside the Supreme Court on August 16 after leveling serious charges against the police and other authorities, including digging Amit Pathak, retired IG Amitabh Thakur and a judge conspired him.

Previously, the complainant also submitted one more case against members of the jailed parliament and his friend Sudhir Singh with Lanka police in December 2020, accused two of them through propaganda on social media.
Meanwhile, the complainant grandfather in his village in the area of Narahi District Ballia did not know about his death in Delhi until Tuesday late at night when he said he or his family member had not received a call from his mother, who lived in Delhi.
He said that for the past two years, the complainant did not visit his parents’ village after he submitted this case.
