Kundra and Co-raised Ryan Thorpe have challenged their arrest as illegal in the case of alleged “production and streaming pornographic content”.

Ponda and Advocate Subhash Jadhav also said, “Everywhere in the first or second shipment, the police said that Kundrra or his colleagues tried to destroy or delete any text”.
