POINGUINIIM: A adult figure tiger recently entered the house of Govind Velasp in Xelop, close to Khola Beach in Canacona.
Around 11:30 a.m., when Veliip Gauri’s wife opened the front door to go to a small room located outdoors, the characters chase the family pet dog inside the house.
Gauri hurriedly closed the front door from outside leaving the tiger tiger and dog in their house and woke her sleeping husband on the balcony.
He then immediately told their neighbors who were seeking help from forest officials to save wild animals.
The Range Forest Officer (RFO) along with the Prabhakar Forest Guard Gaonkar and Sajan ride immediately rushed to the site and saved the Tigers waiting for and the dog safely around 5am.
The rescue operations team also included the savior of wildlife from the Paddi, Pritam morning, and the savior of the wildlife division of the cellular squad, Margao, Julio Quadros and Jaferene.
RFO said that the tiger was released in the original habitat.
